Beijing based American producer thruoutin teams up with Ran Music to release his brand new 2017 EP “Contingent of Outlying Territory”. This EP includes 8 tracks written over the past year with influences ranging from Chicago footwork , UK bass and field recording experimentation. The EP’s sounds narrates an expedition into uncharted territory whether they be physical or within our minds.

This release is about the exploration to new places, whether physical or within our minds. The tracks were written between January to October, 2016.
